Hi David, you are right, in the short term it does seem like people who use in person sales may have a competitive advantage. This again would circle back, of having the comfort and trust of in person meeting. My view is with more digital advancements, and more digitally native people getting into decision making roles, this advantage would reduce, and people using digital technology to have more sales call, even have a call with the customer on a regular basis, should overcome the benefits of an in person meeting. It will not go away completely, and hence these jobs would continue to remain hybrid, with few in persons followed up with remote communications. These few calls that will start happening remotely will start pushing the barrier on meritocracy till eventually the organisations start getting benefit of having an outstanding product and not an outstanding organisation size.
